Rajas, Authentic Mexican

Rajas, Fresh Latin Flavors, is our new specialty Latin food concept. We
are taking food back to where it used to be. We want to use the freshest and most authentic ingredients possible. We want to cook that food in the
traditional method, using traditional equipment and techniques. Our menus will focus on hand made tacos, Tortas, Empanadas , ropa Vieja and other Latin specialties.
We are bringing authentic foods into a hospital setting. This is the first of its’ kind and we are looking forward to discovering the flavors

Redefined hospital food

CIBO (pronounced- chee-bow) Name for a non-pretentious person who enjoys all food. Either talking about food, or eating food, a cibo is happy with all things food. Cibo was also used in the form Cib/o taking from Latin and Italian and was used as a medical term for meals. The two blended together to produce the first venue of its kind in a hospital
Cib/o is the future of hospital grill food. No fried foods, bold flavors and fresh ingredients make up the heart of Cib/o. Check out our new menu.

· Grilled fresh catch of the day ( blackened, lemon and parsley or teriyaki glazed)

· Grilled pork chop with roasted shallot demi glace
· Grilled salmon sliders with lemon grass aioli
· Fresh grilled peaches served with yogurt and granola (in season)

onions, and fresh thyme. Served over rice with grilled garlic toast for dipping

JoJo's Gourmet Wedges

The Black Hat Chefs were the first ones in North Carolina to remove fried foods from their menus. In the process of developing new and exciting menus we created JoJo's gourmet wedges.
The wedges are our answer to fat laden french fries. Our wedges are hand cut and baked to a golden brown. What makes Jojo's unique is the gourmet flavor and dipping sauces.
All of our wedges come with your choice of dipping sauce. From spicy chipotle ketchup to soothing blue cheese sauce we have it covered.
The best thing is that our wedges range from 2.2 grams of fat to 7 grams of fat. This is allot less the 25 gm of fat found in a large order of French Fries.

- Dill Pickle fresh garlic, dill, seas salt and powdered vinegar make this wedge irresistible
- Thai Chili wedge. Garlic, cilantro , chilis, lime zest and cracked pepper
- Rosemary Parm wedge.. fresh rosemary from our garden, sea salt, garlic and parmesan cheese.. a house favorite
- Ginger orange wedge. Fresh grated ginger, orange zest, salt and chiffonade basil .
- Buffalo wing wedge Powdered hot sauce, powdered blue cheese garlic, salt and pepper. This is one of our newest flavors.
- The French Quarter wedge. Our zippy cajun spice wedge tossed in our own blackening seasoning. This one can be a bit spicy!
